Waiting on freelancers, being stuck in meetings, holding out hope for things to work. You've probably done a lot of that.

Most agencies want as much money from as many people as possible. And this makes them really good at marketing themselves… but maybe less good at marketing you.

We have a totally different model – one that starts with the kind of experience you want to have and works backwards from there.

For us, this means instead of dragging you into meetings and asking you the same stuff over and over again: we do a lot of our own research into your industry, prospects and needs, and present you with ways to grow.

If you can spare it, spend time on our Monday board. And if you don't have time, delegate someone to give it a look for a few minutes per week. You can expect us to track you down however you like to communicate and tell you how we're progressing.

We operate by building a system for outreach and content distribution.

It's based on our own experience running 125 podcast episodes and counting, running community organizations, recruiting sponsors for big events and more.

We will help set you up, position your brand correctly, create content that speaks to their audience, split test, and put out a lot of content.

If we're going to an event, we're going to send it to you. Often we choose where we go and network in our free time based on what our clients need. We're able to do that by keeping our attention and focus a little narrow.

And it means that if we see you struggling with something we have experience in, we know who can help and how.

True bliss is when everything is on autopilot and working for you. Content is engaging, your social channels are growing, and everything is going as planned.
