It\u2019s just been harder for me to listen to old music. I listen back and I think, \u201coh my god, that was SO long ago\u201d.<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Right now, I\u2019m keeping my mind focused in the now. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Just so much of what\u2019s out there is emotional and mental pollution. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This is probably the biggest newsletter episode I\u2019ve done, so I knew that I would have to stop everything I was doing for a day or so and bang it out. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Don\u2019t be too hard on yourself. Things that time to make, repeat and iterate.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Even as someone that has a lot of expertise in building and creating systems like this, it\u2019s been incredibly tough to do all these things while managing the rest of a life. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I\u2019ve also been trying to write for people at different levels of engagement or whatever. It\u2019s not always ALWAYS best to post about \u201cwhat you\u2019re doing\u201d because everything isn\u2019t expert-type content\u2026 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But you know what it means to go from a technician to a business-person? That\u2019s right, billable hours. So what are the core tasks that we\u2019d like coming out of here and let\u2019s break them down into billable hours?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Well, this first needs to be broken into a kind of pyramid. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

You\u2019ve gotta know what\u2019s critical, what\u2019s going to keep you afloat and what can be dropped by a couple of days. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It\u2019s a lot of ideas that I\u2019ve been wanting to put together which is, documenting the core tasks that I do during my day. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

There probably needs to be some kind of output all the time.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
